WALS Return and Refund Policy

Whyte Ave Landscape Supplies return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase on the original invoice. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item/material must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging .

To complete your return, we require original invoice as proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted.

  • There will be 20% restocking fee on verified and approved returns.
  • Item / Material with obvious signs of use.
  • Any material / item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any material / item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery or pickup.
  • Only regular priced material / items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Returns are not accepted on special order products.
  • No returns or refund on Bulk Products like Rocks, Soil, Sand , Mulches etc. We do not guarantee Rock, Mulches Dirt will be the same size or color as per the pictures on our website, brochoure or Social Media pages.
  • If product is damaged while loading , shipping or delivery then this must be reported (with picture of damage) before the product is removed from the pallet.
  • If Bulk product got contaminated with other bulk material during loading, shipping or delivery then this must be reported (with picture of contamination) within 48 hours.
  • If you bought the sod from us and it’s very warm and/or molded, do not install the sod. The sod will never grow because the roots will already be damaged. Please contact our office to arrange a replacement of fresh sod within 1-2 days .
  • There is no gurantee on tree , plants or shrubs.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied into your account in our system. You need to bring credit card or original method of payment, within a 30 days after approval to get the money refunded into you bank / credit card account.

Refund is not received yet?

If you haven’t received a refund money yet in your bank or credit card, first check your bank account again after 3 working days.

Then contact your credit card / bank company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Due to the nature of the materials/items that we sell at WALS yard, we offer them “as is”. We strongly encourage you to visit our yard and inspect the materials/items before making a purchase with us. Alternatively, you can request WALS staff to take a picture of the product currently at our yard and send it to your phone via SMS or to your email address.

Shipping returns

To return product / item purchased from us, you should bring the product / item to our yard.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your product / item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
